Undertale 2

So... today a new game came out
A sequel to Undertale that happens obviously after the events of Undertale
Its name is Deltarune, starred by a human called KRIS and a monster called Susi

I think every fandom is now stronger in Tumblr since DA has been losing activity in the years

I don't think Delta rune is a sequel to undertale but more like alternate reallity where some stuff are different. For example, Undyne doesn't know alphys, Asriel is in college and the main character is Kris which doesn't make much sense for it to be a sequel but more like different universe.
The battle system is good but there is a flaw to it, unlike Undertale, if you fight here, the ending doesn't get changed and you don't kill anyone so it doesn't make much sense to be pacifist most of the time when fighting is easier. Its also a bit dissapointing that no matter what you do, the ending will still remain the same but i like the main group of characters and lancer is funny as well. Also Toby Fox doesn't know when the full game will be released, if he doesn't get a development team, he expects the game to be finish up until 7 years max of development but if he manages to get a dev team, i expect him to finish the full game in 2 or 3 years. I honestly think Delta rune was a big improvement over Undertale but it also lost the thing that made Undertale so interesting, the different endings and how your actions could have consequences.

I think that Toby is almost poking fun at all the alternate universes that the Undertale fandom created. I mean seriously, there's a lot of them. Also, interestingly enough, it seems Kris has a similar name and appearance to Frisk, but wears Chara's clothing and shows some personality traits of both characters. But I don't think they are Frisk or Chara. And besides, being an alternate universe makes sense, because apart from everything you listed, why would Frisk not be mentioned after the true pacifist ending and the events of Undertale even be acknowledged?

Deltarune isn't Undertale 2, nor is it Undertale 0.
It's neat and I'm kinda excited to see where it goes, though I'm worried that we'll see a return of the nasty side of the Undertale fandom.

Until now it doesnt look very unique. More like a normal rpg. I dont like the fact that your decisions dont matter. Maybe I just miss undertale.

It might be possible, as I knew the Undertale 2 fame will take over the whole internet with some overly popular characters. Thank god I'm prepared for the worst

From the looks of it Deltarune is an alternate universe where humans never banished the monsters underground so certain events never happened. Be interested in seeing where the rest of the adventure goes from there considering the first chapter was pretty much its own story.

Lancer is the best character in this franchise, I am not even kidding.
