I made a 2phase Mother Brain that looks very good. First, you have to put the head in the level window like here: You have to do this if you want all 2phase Mother Brain exit from the ground.
Second, make 2 events: the first must have the music change to the Mother Brain music, have the layer of the 2phase Mother Brain in show and have it move up with a speed of -2.1661 (only if you have the floor 2 blocks vertical). The second event have to stop the boss, so put the layer of the boss in the layer movement with 0 in the horizontal and vertical speed. Also the second event must have the boss' attacks in the show layers.
