Splatoon Moray Towers Tileset + NPCs

It amazes me how few Splatoon graphics there are, but hopefully that can be fixed.

If anyone's willing to take the time to do it, I'd like a tileset based off of the Moray Towers map, as well as friendly Inklings/Octolings (jumping and non-jumping Toads) and hostile variants (probably Ludwig); and it all needs to work in 38A.

I've never requested graphics before, so hopefully this isn't too broad.
