Suggestion: Notify to an user when they are mentioned in a post

I know that's what the quotes are for, but if someone wants to mention many users, I don't think that put many quotes would be a good idea.

I mean idk why you'd want this because this seems like spam, but if you absolutely need to notify several users of a post then using quotes and putting them all in a spoiler works.
