Because it costs money as far as I'm aware.

Anywho, after being appalled by the recent Bowsette fiasco, I decided it was time to return back to our roots and draw the original Bow-wow. Uhh... Be warned. Bowser isn't drawn the way you're probably used to sooo yeah. Link:

Well i got Paint tool Sai for free. Also the Bowser is also well drawn , but i am wondering why is he blushing...
