How do i slow the engine or SMBX 2.0 down to normal speed?

Maybe try providing more information on your situation. Screenshots... maybe try using the framerate cheat... see if you're trapped inside the speeddemon cheat... yknow.

i cant do any cheats in PGE.
and its like im using the speeddemon cheat.
and LunaTester doesnt help.

You should not use the alpha tester. Don't know why it would do that in the luna tester though. Does it happen in the actual game?
