Someone wrote on Twitter: "STILL INSIDE THE RED STICKY HAND"

^ inside the red sticky hand is not possible, how could that be meant? If stuck inside the red sticky hand is possible, how is that possible?

Is it possible that red sticky hand was sprayed with something?
