Bug - When putting custom music into an event, (Example - defeat an enemy and the music will play) and change the custom music in the section, not the event, the custom music will be the same custom music that plays normally. If you have a chance, fix this bug please. Thank you.

It's not possible to have more than 2 custom music tracks in a section. However, it is possible to "change" the custom music by showing a layer which fills up the area with instant warps to an exact clone of the section when the event triggers. That way, you can effectively have more than one custom music track.
