Yes I do. I turned it off, but SMBX still isn't working.

Did you unzip it first? You cannot access a zipped file. Use Winrar or 7zip for this.
Make sure you downloaded the game from the correct site, if not then you may have a virus from some random site unrelated to SMBX.
Try double left clicking to open the game file. Make sure you are trying to open the actual application.

It doesn't work when I left click. Also i've been using SMBX for a couple years now, but it suddenly won't work. I guess I have to download it again.

Yeah, try reinstalling it. It may be your antivirus randomly decided it may be malicious. Happened to me once before.

It's not a good idea to ever do that unless for a very short period of time. Best to whitelist
