Or are you talking about video game characters in general? If yes, this should rather go in the Video Games forum.
Anyways, my main character in video games is Yoshi. Pretty obvious.
My main character in SMBX, though, is Luigi.

In Super Mario Brothers X: Peach, I use no one else except when I need to Spin Jump with Peach! I proofed my self by LPing Tower of Bias 5 with her! I even used Cheats to get around that in a few places! That is devotiön!

Samus Aran. Best Galactic Bounty Hunter. Not to mention that Samus is female. AND wears an awesome suit.
