Is it normal that this is the same as 1.3.0.1 but with more levels and a new intro? There are no new graphics, characters or new editor. I have tried EVERY tutorial I could find, but all of them gave me the same problem. Can you please help me?

Are you using Windows XP by any chance? And if not, you may be able to click "more details" and allow the program to run.

If you are using Windows XP then I don't think beta 3 actually works on that.

I'm assuming it looks like this:
See the tiny "more info" text? Click that.
This is a system Windows has to prevent the spread of malware by double checking before running software it doesn't recognise. Since SMBX is an unofficial fangame, it may go unrecognised by Windows and potentially trigger this warning. However, for SMBX at least, it is safe to bypass it.

Did you unzip SMBX2 into Program Files? That might cause a lack of permissions.
