How many different sites have the forums been hosted on before? And what was the first one?

Here's a curious question that occupied my mind for a while:

Did the SMBX 2.0 Beta 3 really got the idea of expanding the character roster with some Non-Super Mario characters from Super Mario Bros. Crossover?

Supermariobrothers.org was the first forum for SMBX. I don't know of every site but SMB.org, Knux forums, Treckweb, NSMBX and this forum have all been hosts for forums of SMBX. So in total, at least 5 forums have been officially forums for SMBX, althoughthis one is the only one currently.

Official:

1. Original Forums (2009-10 - IIRC this forum came back briefly after Bikcmp, not sure)
2. Bikcmp (Summer 2010, extremely brief - around 2 weeks)
3. Trekwebs (October(?)-December 2010)
4. Knuxforums (December 2010 - December 2013.* Opened April 4th 2010)
5. Joey's Forum (January 2014 - Present)

* There is uncertainty on when exactly I took over, I am sure it was near the end of 2010 however Joey believes it was January 2011)

Unofficial:

1. Beetlebailey's Forum (2010. This forum was the largest unofficial forum during the original forums run. It spawned multiple other forums but as of 2013 it seems to be an abandoned sub-community)
2. SMBX Brazil (2010 - unsure, might still be around.)
3. NSMBX Forums (2010 - ?)
4. Cloud's Forums (2012(?) - present. largest SMBX forum by member size as of 2014, however that has since changed.)

The unofficial ones mentioned were significant in the community history.

What happened to flash games on this website before smbx took over? I would like to play them again.

38A is a separate engine and the SMBX community is focused around SMBX2. While 38A content is allowed, it's just not featured/promoted because of this.

Some weird cult thing. And no you won't be punished, but joining cults is dangerous.
