Looks pretty good. I think Lugia needs a little more contrast in the dark colours but otherwise fine for what you've done!

Yeah for Shadow Lugia I tried to stick to the overall darker colour scheme it has in Pokémon XD. Now looking at it I feel contrast would work better for the Gen 4 art style. Thanks anyways!
