E3 is in less than a month and i'm interested to see what people think is gonna happen.

While I don't think E3 is the best place to announce ports I want Mario Maker badly. Didn't have a Wii U so I want.

I really hope they announce Animal Crossing, and while its not confirmed there is a lot of evidence its coming soon

Smash Bros. release date, enough said.

I could care less about what anything else Nintendo (or frankly any else) announces.

Just to build some hype... I don't even know! I guess I gotten spoiled for fighting games since Capcom announced a collection for Street Fighter on the franchise's 30th birthday last year.

What I would LOVE to see:
-more free Odyssey updates
-Toad or Captain Toad revealed for smash
-Animal Crossing on the switch
-Metroid Prime 4 trailer
-Yoshi switch release date
-Spyro Reignited Trilogy on the switch
-Mario Party on the switch
-Switch system update that includes themes, internet browser, and folders

Just got finished watching the direct on EWNetwork's stream. I'm pretty excited for Super Mario Party, Very exited for Smash Bros Ultimate, Fortnite I guess, I am pretty excited for that balloon fight looking one (queen black something). With all the evidence pointing toward an animal crossing coming soon I was a little disappointed that nothing was even hinted at, it's been long enough I NEED animal crossing. I think Nintendo won this year but I really wished they announced more.

Y'all are acting like nintendo doesnt do like 4 e3-scale presentations each year in the form of nintendo directs. Or that they aren't still doing a treehouse live event which already showcased more of pokemon and announced splatoon 2 octo's release to be today. Or that they didnt announce in April that the e3 direct would focus on 2018 games, with 2019 games getting their own spotlight at a later date (presumably autumn direct).
Nintendo has so many franchises people look forward to that they can't announce and showcase everything at once, and E3 is a good time for them to show off their "heavy hitter" in depth, like Breath of the Wild 2 years ago.
