The backgrounds, in all honesty, didn't look good at all against the SMW graphics, that is the true definition of clash in a level. The linearity of the level didn't make me happy, and the amount of Volcano Lotus' at the beginning was bothersome. I also didn't like the layout of the item blocks at the beginning, as they looked pretty stupid in design. I also wouldn't make the level focused on gathering all 5 Dragon Coins to get a star, I would have it focused on gathering Red Coins, rather.
Other than that, there isn't a lot to this level worth reviewing other than the graphic clashing and poor level design. I also didn't care for the large amount of SMW Flip Blocks near the end, I suggest not using them for a platform choice.
Another thing I would suggest never doing again is forcing the player to drop from a high height into a group of enemies, because they don't really know what's at the bottom of the drop, and they have no indication of why they should jump down. Hell, it could be a death trap for all they know.
