Need a 'Star' themed Toad

I have all the different GFX packs & I couldn't find a Star themed Toad. I found a Star themed Toad House but no Toad with a similar theme. The only real feature I need is for its spots to be star shaped instead of round & I don't have the spriting skill to pull it off. Coloring theme (SMB3, SMW, etc.) doesn't really matter to me, as long as the star shaped spots look right & are yellow by default. I'd definitely appreciate any help I could get for this.
