Is there a term for when objects sort of "melt" into the background when they move in a game (due to a glitch)?

Example: https://imgur.com/a/7VTlG (Taken from https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KShKPYyHeHY)

Just wondering.

I'm not aware of a proper term, but what's going on is that the frame buffer isn't being cleared.
