Freezing Water to replace lava?

Hi, i am making a request (they are allowed now).
I searched the forum and could not find what i was looking for.
What i need is a replacement of the SMW lava tiles. I need them to be replaced by SMB3 Styled Freezing Water; i.e. water so cold it kills instantly, hence why it needs to replace lava.
The blocks needed to replace are:
Blocks 459 - 487 (Lava type 4 (SMW));
And they need to be a shade of blue (the colour of ice);
And they need to be SMB3 styled.
They all need to be the same size as the default (32x32 pixels).
Not all the blocks need to be made; i absolutely need "Lava 4 1" up to "Lava 4 9", although the whole tileset would be greatly appreciated (but not a priority of mine).

Is it not possible to change some SMB3 water to the IDs for lava (and maybe change the the shade to indicate it is different)

I think the Freezing Water Tay is requesting was not meant to be be swam in.

I think the Freezing Water is some sort of instant death thing.
