Dark Laboratory

So I've recently made a nice and long level. It is called "Dark Laboratory" (like the topic says). It has a nice amount of sections (14), 3 bosses and 2 stars. I am pretty proud of this stage

Checkpoint placement is absolutely cruel. I stopped playing because going through a miniboss with chasing paratroopas and a section that drops enemies on your head if you don't wait just to get another chance at the second miniboss with chasing paratroopas is not fun. Looking at it in the editor I'm thiking the level should've had at least 3 checkpoints given its length: One after each miniboss. Given 1.3's outdated standards however (which can't do multipoints), long levels are generally a boring, horrible idea.

Thank you for your opinion. I placed two checkpoints in this level - first after second boss, and second before final boss. About difficulty you may be right. It is a challenging level.
