Starting with direct 3.8.2018



I'm pretty excited for Mario tennis aces, I wasn't before

Captain Toad is a port I wanted. The last port I want is Mario Maker

And Smash in 2018. That's all I have to say.

I'm crying this whole direct so amazing, Mario Tennis, Mario and Luigi Bowsers Inside Story Remake, WarioWare Gold, Kirby info, Luigi's Mansion, Detective Pikachu, Captain Toad, Splatoon DLC, Undertale, South Park, Crash, SMA5H. I legitametely got shivers over this. So good.

2 things made me angry:
1) they skipped Partners in Time, my favourite M&L
2) They made a port of Captain Toad which is based on SM3DW and they didn't do a port of it
I think the only game I'll buy is Tennis Aces.

I replayed Partners in Time last year. It's REALLY repetitive in its design and I got bored by the time I got to Thwomp Volcano. The game's music is good and the story is interesting, but the gameplay is a slog. I don't blame them for skipping it.

Kind of disappointed but Animal Crossing made it gold and topped off Nintendo 2018 for me (I assume that's really it for 2018 announcements.)

Luigis Mansion 3 looks nice
Katamari looks
Isabelle (not bothering to look up the correct spelling) in smash looks interesting.
Overall Animal Crossing was the only things here that made me smile and shake.

I wasn't expecting Square Enix to port Final Fantasies VII, IX, & XII on the switch, but I'm not interested in them
