Not sure about this website. Doesn't seem trustworthy. Likely trying to scam you.
Only get Nintendo Merchandise through Amazon, eBay, Nintendo's official website or just buying Nintendo merchandise in-person. I could be wrong about this, though.
About the free shipping, I'm pretty sure there's free shipping for most countries that are in the United Nations.
I don't know why you'd want to move to another country roughly 8986 kilometers and/or 5584 miles away, it's a really pointless flight (really hope you don't want to DRIVE there), maybe unless you are trying to get something they don't sell in South American markets. I'm not a complete expert on free shipping and all that stuff, but I don't know if you should usually trust what is supposedly a fan-site trying to make money off of Nintendo's properties. I'm sure Nintendo would take down that site immediately.
