Can't make my own Gif graphics!

So,I am Fawflie Guy 2234.But I made lots and lots of custom levels that take graphics from Squishy Rex's CGFX pack(+ I give credit to him/her for using them.).
But none had mine as I could not make Gifs as whenever I save and reload them to see if it was okay or not,I see that the color quality is always reduced.If anyone has a idea to fix it,please tell me in a reply.

What program are you using? If you're using MS Paint definitely switch to Paint.NET
