hmm, looks good, except it looks like you used MSPaint to edit the sprites. I would suggest using something like Paint.net or GIMP to edit images so you don't get the grainy effect MSPaint gives off when exporting GIF images.

Hey! That's pretty good for a first graphic! However, I agree, the Mario sprite would look a lot better if it was done in paint.net or GIMP. In the last screenshot also, the cappy sprite seems to have the bottom half missing from it as well. But with a few improvements, I think this will look very nice indeed.

Speaking of that last cappy sprite, it seems to have 4x4 pixels on it (areas of the same colour). I think a 2x2 version would work better with SMBX graphics. Also, what does this graphic replace exactly?

One graphic is mario's hat and other one is a veggie.
The only thing he can do here is make a mario graphic without a hat.
