The SMBX Wiki

The SMBX Wiki is open to editing with a new focus. The wiki will cover various elements of the SMBX community including its history, member contributions, and various events in an easily readable and accessible format. Articles can be made for episodes, graphics packs, projects, contests, guides/tutorials/FAQs, comics, and any substantial topics relating to the community. A few articles have already been written up for place holders and the bare minimum information that should be standard. Most articles are open to everyone to add information as needed. It is recommended to use or create templates as needed for organization sake. With that said, the wiki is ready for everyone to create their User pages and start editing. Further information about standards will be in the spoilers below.
You can create your User page by clicking your profile name in red toward the top-right corner, and using the Forum User template for a baseline to start with adding information. After creating your User page, a good start with editing may be expanding upon existing articles or creating Wanted pages.

Editor and gameplay content will not be a major part of the SMBX Wiki. Essential information such as version history, cheats, npc codes, and brief information about the PGE editor will be available but not much more will be relevant. Articles that would better belong on the PGE Wiki for instance should generally be avoided to reduce any redundancy. Administration will have a minor rolea and step in as necessary to keep the wiki safe from vandalism, edit wars, and other such rule breaking. If you're interested in applying for any level of moderation power on the SMBX Wiki, it's asked that you first create your User page and familiarize yourself with the wiki and mention your interest and reason for applying. If you have questions about any specific standards or guidelines, check the Wikipedia links above or ask here.
Thank you for reading, and to all that have helped.
