Community Pokémon Showdown Tournament - We have a Winner!

Some Mega Stones and Souldew are banned due to making Pokémon slip into Uber territory. As far as moves go, Swagger, Evasion moves (Double Team/Minimize) and OHKO, as well as the ability Moody are banned from OU. Again, Showdown will let you know if your team breaks any OU rules when you try to validate it for the tier.

Swagger was nerfed; accuracy lowered from 100% to 85% and confusions self-hit ratio was lowered from 50% to 33,3%. Soul dew is also legal again; it was nerfed, its new effects empower dragon/psychic type moves by 1.2

correct me if im wrong but you cant have duplicate items (and some combinations like soul dew lati@s aren't allowed in OU i think?) and the moveset has to be learnable in conjunction with the ability, but i think pokemonshowdown checks that for you

Yeah, it even tells you what you did that breaks the rules if you try and validate it. Like recently I tried validating a team and it told me I had to switch the ability of one of my pokemon because it wasn't allowed.
