so I have experience in smbx, I can tell how to make some new powerups and items (layers events etc.) if i dont know how to make this. i can say this possible or no.

Most likely they will.
The power-up that I want to be ported to smbx is the Mini Mushroom because it's light, you can jump farther than you normally would, you can wall walk with it and you can run on water.

AND Frog suit so the we can swim faster cause mario swims to slow which is annoying

Some of the items can be implemented into SMBX using LunaDLL.

also couldn't the mini mushroom basically be a poison mushroom because that makes you small or make it replace the raccoon but make mario allot smaller

If he didnt would have do it like he did Nintendo never would have called him and he never would have maked Terraria so theres a good thing he stopped and a bad thing but i forgot the bad one.

"Admins, please don't lock" is discouraging. In fact, I guarantee it will get locked.
I would recommend a mini mushroom. A lot of gimmicks could be used with it.
