Now they are reclassifying mobile data as broadband, meaning that the Internet could be of lower quality in America, due to data normally being shittier than broadband connection. This is not quite as important as NET neutrality but these could also go through more easily than the repeal of NET neutrality. The video will do a better job at explaining the issue though.

The 25Mbps definition of broadband isn't even approached by the needs of most individual consumers. Mobile data covers speeds necessary for everything but the extremely data intensive uses that people on mobile don't even use often. 25Mbps was made the definition in 2015 (https://www.fcc.gov/reports-research/re ... ess-report) and it didn't magically change speeds provided or change access.

If they're not gonna stop screwing the internet, then justice will be served for them much quicker. This whole "killing off Net Neutrality" fiasco is making people mad. But I'm not blaming the FCC, Ajit Pai, nor the Donald for this. I'm blaming the people. We, the People, are to blame for potentially destroying the Internet. Why? Because we've chosen someone who's inept when it comes to politics, though he may be right in some cases and sometimes try his best, as President (but we had a wolf in sheep's coven in the form of Crooked Hillary on the other hand, so it was a lose-lose situation for America), which lead him to choose the guy who would become America's Most Hated Man of 2017, A-le-jit Lai-ar, as the Chairman of the most politically correct and fraudulent excuse of an organization, known as the FCC. Pai was just a guy who worked at Verizon before this, so of course, he will use the FCC's Net Neutrality to benefit this very company. But at the same time, Pai and the FCC is getting away with a heinous crime, making up comments with fake ID's that support the destruction of the Obama-era Net Neutrality. That's Illegal, with a capital "I", and they could face jail time for this, and nobody has done something about it, even though the evidence was convincing. If the United States and its people were competent, then Ajit Pai and his politically correct friends would face jail time, and the FCC would've been ceased. But they're still letting it happen. Why? Because the USA is nothing more than a country controlled by incompetent people and almost always do the wrong thing. They can build a wall around the Mexican border, screw over the dreams of young illegal immigrants, but they cannot screw over the biggest thing in technology through fraudulent, illegal means. And now, they're gonna make the Internet go several years back with mobile data, which is much slower and less reliable than broadband. This is a consequence for the American ineptitude.

While Trump's presidency is still a disaster and while Hillary would have been the lesser evil, can you blame the people this much for voting Trump, given that the actual majority still voted Hillary? Yeah, it's a shame that no better candidate was able to win through the preelections but if the US were a real democracy then Hillary would be president and not Trump. Also the connection between Trump and the FCC still seems far-fetched. The world is a labyrinth and even a god-like president can't control every institution possible.
