This is my long-running thread where I ask the SMBX community to help me trace the origins of unlabeled songs used in relatively old SMBX episodes. The episodes and their respective songs are "labeled" thusly:

Statuefactory and customboss are custom mp3 tracks created using the Smw Soundfont.

Sunfall Mountain's music is from Skyward Sword. As for the Dazzle, it is Super Mario 3d Land's desert theme. Fearful Forest is the Woods theme from Partners in Time. Forest Land is the Jungle world map theme from New Super Mario Bros Wii.

The rest I don't know.

So...were these stand-alone songs, or were they used in an SMW hack? Also, where can I find these? I assume by "custom" you mean "original," but the "custom music" section of SMWC has plenty of non-original music as well.

Thanks for you help! I updated the main post now that I know where these songs are from.

I'm bumping the topic because more songs have been added to my list. There would have been more than what I added, but luckily for me, some of the users who made SMB Collaboration are still with us, it seems. Remember, any help is greatly appreciated.

Ruins 1 and Ruins 4 are both songs from Kirby's Return to Dreamland, to be exact, music from the Raisin Ruins world.
Tree To Tree is Kirby: Mass Attack, no idea what specific area or song though, but it's definitely that game.

Stage 3 is also from a kirby game, but i honestly have no idea which one.

Thanks for your help! Since I'm still not really sure where Stage 3 is from, I left it up there, but I'm just glad you told me some of them.

Yes, I have added another episode to my list. However, there's only one song from that episode I couldn't find, so if anyone will let me know the origin to that one song, I can finally remove an episode from this list. Any help with the other songs is also greatly appreciated.

Sorry; because the mp3 files in Super RMN Bros are hidden in the individual levels' folders, there were some I missed when going back to look for song origins. These previously missed songs have been added to the first post.

I don't feel like downloading RMN bros 3 to figure out whether or not this is the actual song, but presumably, the Going Up song is http://www.newgrounds.com/audio/listen/425816, which was used in some random flash game.

Wow, that's it! Thanks! I'm surprised it didn't come up in my Google searches, but I'm also surprised I didn't think to check Newgrounds given the fact that it had numbers at the beginning of its title.

Stage 3 from SMBC
As for epic battle and wind fortress, those are musics from ASMWCP. Wind fortress is a remix of this. I don't know about epic battle though.

Thanks a lot! You're the first person to tell me the origins of songs from an episode that wasn't the most recently added one, so you have given me hope for the future. You also reminded me that I really need to get around to playing Cave Story and ASMWCP sometime (though I want to finish Brutal Mario first)...

I recently realized that reghrhre has been inactive for a month now, and that can only mean one thing: I can't directly ask him for his episode's song origins, and that's why I updated my topic. If you know the origin of any song listed on the first post, please let me know.

These songs are from the game Elsword.

If you want to ask reghrhre for the music origin in his episode, you can go to Super Mario Universe (reghrhre's forum; link in my signature) and ask there. Also I think that the music's name in LFFTMK's folder weren't changed.

Well, I was hoping for links to the specific songs, but I decided to cave in and just listen to Elsword's entire soundtrack, and I confirmed that:
Vengeance = Worthy Opponent
Temple of Devocation = Place of Worship
Epic theme = Clockwork Waterway
Epic bonus theme = Old Village Suburbs
