If an episode was made in 38A, it does not work in SMBX2 or SMBX 1.3, as the 38A file format is inherently different.

Definitely interesting to see a setting directly taken from the real world. Reminds me of the mario is missing world map.

This looks rather nice and the level map is really cool, I like how you based the intro (looking at the plot) with a invasion that immediately takes over the Mushroom Kingdom, so now you, Mario, has to travel to Europe to stop the war from ending or destorying the Mushroom Kingdom, entirely. Which is a cool idea. And I have to say, this reminds me of Rayman 2, I hope we get to explore more of what this game has to offer.

Is there any explanation why Dice Guy is here? (Probably just me nitpicking again.)
Cuphead does carry some references from the city of Harlem, maybe he traveled to Europe? Anyway, does Dice Guy have to do with anything in the plot?
