Yikes! I think you should either get a more powerful PC, or try cleaning up your old one....

I think you should run a System Clean up, and declutter your PC from Junk, if that doesn't work, try reinstalling SMBX.

I'm strangely curious as of how SMBX can actually crash like that that your PC decided to shut down with a blue screen. Never seen that happen anywhere. Was it literally opening up SMBX and then it immediadly crashes? If so then it surely is strange.

Games which would require more power than SMBX.Though then I remember SMBX was made by Redigit.

Do you have problems running that on your PC?

Is there a chance that this blue screen really is caused by SMBX? Or did it just happen by coincidence?

Run smbx with compatibility with Windows 7 or Windows 8, if it does not help, I do not know.
And you can give the processor parameters?

MediaFire is a download hosting website where anyone can upload stuff, so saying you downloaded it from there is very vauge, since there's probably multiple SMBX downloads on that site. What site linked you to that MediaFire download?
Here's the official SMBX 1.3.0.1 topic where you can download it.
Alternatively, you could download 2.0 from this thread, as it's basically 1.3.0.1 but with more features.

Recently there was an update to Microsoft Windows Pc's, if you updated to the latest version then this is probably the cause.
Here is a link explaining it in more detail:
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/technology/2 ... rs-report/
Do you have an AMD chip? If so, this is probably why you are experiencing this issue. Which means it should get fixed when the next update launches.

Then that might be proof that the SMBX you downloaded was a virus. It's best to download it from the official site, even if it takes longer.

if you say the official website takes a longer time, then you may have went and installed it from a different site, if so, you have a virus copy, i would delete it, scan your PC for any viruses using an Anti-Virus Software, and install it from the official site, it may take longer, but it saves your PC a hell of a lot of trouble.
Edit: just went searching around, and found this: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms854226.aspx
its about your stop error and a potential fix.
