I was thinking about whether I should record the levels with commentary, thus forcing me to wait til I got my voice back, or to judge normally. Still up in the air.
Edit: I also do not have enough space on my computer to download the levels for the contest (yet)

Then delete stuff or move it to an external drive or cloud account. Also don't do commentary, just get the reviews done or it'll end up like that other contest where over month after the levels being sent to the judges you hadn't even looked at them

I am not supposed to let it hit 10GB or lower. As a result, I am mass uploading more than 40GB of videos. I can delete them once I upload them. Either Way, I kind of have the levels, just unable to play them until I speed my PC up by deleting those files. One of those videos is five (5) hours long as well. At least I can easily do the reviews this month.

Why aren't you allowed to let it hit lower than 10gb? And 40gb of videos??? You need to do some major sorting and cleanup.

I tend to try to record full LPs before uploading them which is usually a bad habit. My computer can not operate that well when it gets this low. Back when I used Skype, I could not skype call if my computer hit 6GB which is very dangerously close to my current remaining space. Of course I need to do some quick cleanup before I can judge the contest.
