This is looking pretty good considering it most likely is one of your first graphics. I do have some contructive critisism though.
The green colour is way too bright and there is too little contrast between the different shades aswell. I suggest you darken the darker shades of green more and desaturate the whole thing to get rid of the brightness. I also recommend you to change this lime green to more of a leaf green colour. Since grass is never that vibrant. The fill tile (dirt) is looking pretty good though it needs some modification. As it is right now the fill tile is totally symmetrical, which would be fine in a castle but not in a grassland since dirt never looks exactly the same. This can be fixed easily by adding some random pixels of the other colours into the lines of one colour.

Well, I think I can fix all the mistakes.

Here's my constructive advice:
I could believe you used the Mario 3 palette to make these graphics.... But they look Too original to be Mario 3 graphics imo

Sorry, I guess it looks good because it looks simple enough to be in any first world. My only real criticism is that the grass is a little bit too green for the dirt underneath. But, hey, that's just how I feel. Feel free to disagree.

I kinda like what you did here, I'll like to see this tileset but now with BGOs, only if you can of course

I really don't like the fill. It repeats too quickly and looks ugly IMO. It gave me a headache looking at it since the full itself is very colorful
