Well, since I had this idea for a forums topic for about a year or so.... Do any of y'all have a friend or family member that passed away a few years ago to recently? If so, discuss about it here. The person's death must be a sad one!!!

The 1 person in my family who died around the start of 2016 is grandfather, Charles Swede Anderson. A Korean War veteran in which any boy would be Lucky to have as a grandfather!

My father died of a violent cancer. Right before dying, he asked my mother about me, and she said that I was gonna be fine. After this, he closed his eyes to rest forever. He was an excellent father.

A friend of my mother (who she got to know around 2008 but they never really had a relationship) died from cancer in 2015. He was the one who introduced me into petanque.
