Just Cave Story. No content I'm aware of comes from Undertale.

What leads you to believe it has anything to do with Undertale? It doesn't, but I want to know why you thought it did.

It was because of the background, for some reason I thought it was some kind of "Undertale in the Overworld"

Okay, now i see the proof of this background being from Cave story

I think he just taked the tileset from the game and adjusted it to SMB3

I didn't rip it, and I most certainly wouldn't restyle it to something as anemic as SMB3.
