Something about the big ones looks off - I'm not sure what it is though.

I think the issue is that the big ones are just resized with the corners being changed a bit so they're basically 4x4px pipes with some random 2x2 pixels

Should I make them just resized Normal Pipes? Or make them entirely 2x2?

If you wanted to make the big pipes with 4x4 pixels or several 2x2 pixels with a "smoothened" effect, it's up to you. The 4x4 ones would probably look better with Mario World however, as many SMW graphics are fairly chunky.

Overall, these look great! Just add diagonal pipes and it would be complete.
