Larry's Long Escape

Larry's Long Escape is a fangame where you controll the youngest koopalings, I made it in SMB1 NES style :
- The resolution is "smaller".
- The musics are in .nsf format and use two expansion, I use VRC6 without the Saw channel, it's replaced with only one N163 channel.
- About graphics, I respect the color limitation about 4 colors per pallete.

1. Larry koopa :
- Larry Koopa has until 9 HPs and can lose them by hurting or falling in a hole. (then he will appear in a place)
- He has until 15 MPs too. A circle attack costs 1 MP, red mushrooms give you 2 MPs.
- Commands :
   - Alt.Jump = circle attack.
   - Down+direction = Slide the shell.
   - Down+Alt.Run = Go through some platforms.

2. Levels :
This game contains 5 differents levels, each has a boss at the end, they have a hidden room where you can get a big coin.

EPILEPTIC WARNING : Be careful, there are always tiny flash lights during the game, and colors can change quickly.
New version : The 1.2 version make the second level boss and the final level easier, fix some bugs, and remove the epileptic background during the final boss's dead

This is absolutely AMAZING!!! The game looks so professional, the design and the graphics look and feel like a new game! I know what I'll be doing for a while now

I currently finished the level 3, so the level 4 is WIP, it left me 2 levels now.

Larry will be soon escaped, he's near to the exit, or something wil happen ?

This episode just keeps getting better and better, can't wait for this one to finish.

Today I finished completly the 4th level, let's make the final level to get the end.

Edit : New version released, this one will fix some graphical glitchs.

Is this for 2.0? (I don't really see how it could be for 1.3)

Its for 38A (1.4.4).

I'm gonna guess this is only for 1.4.4.1?

It is indeed for 1.4.4, unless the creator changes his mind and learns Lunalua for 2.0.

The creator doesn't play smbx anymore
