Hi,
I'm a beginner in SMBX. Today i have import custum graphics successfully. Now I will import NPC's. I have downloaded a Boss Pack and will import it. Is there any different between graphic pack? the NPC's will not import

For me, i just placed in a folder with a .lvl file, and boom, it's loaded in! I'm not surefor of importing custom npc's, but lunalua might work?

Did the boss pack you downloaded was a level containing the graphics or the graphics itself, please state the graphics. You can find the NPC option in the toolbar to the left called Level Itembox, select it and then in filter options, select custom, your NPCs with custom graphics will now appear, click on the NPC you want to use and now you can place it anywhere in the level, you like.

Are you sure they're the correct file type and size? And if they use the text files to determine new codes, are those included in the folders?
... or maybe could you share a screenshot of what it looks like in your folder?

following files are in my "Boss Folder"

is there anywhere a guide how i import downloaded npc's?
when i import the npc's... do they replace other original npc's or is there a way to import these additionally?

they should replace the original NPCs. there isn't really any way to add more to the editor.
still, I think a screenshot would really help out, since we'll know what your folder looks like. just press the PrtScn key (if you have one) on your keyboard, open Paint, Ctrl V to paste the screenshot, and save the file. then, go to Imgur, click New post, browse for your image, then copy and paste your link into your reply. (also be sure to use the Img command so that we can actually see the image)

well... then i make it with an link
here is the folder with the npc data

yep! just like when you have separate folders for each level's custom graphics (blocks, bgs, bgos, etc.), custom npc graphics can be imported the same way, as long as the folder and level file share the same name.

yeah... now it work's...
but now there are another questions i have. i have sucessfully imported Lenny Koopa from my boss Pack. Now i have following question(s). When I Jump on Lenny he will disappear in his tank and move. When i jump now on he Mario does'nt hurt. Can i say with npc Flags, that Mario will be hurt when he Jump on lennys tank?. I will also that lenny get hurt when Mario jump on her but when lenny is in his tank i will that mario get hurt. and then... can i say how much mario must jump on lenny Until he was defeated?

In the NPC editor thingimajig, you can make the enemy "spiked" by enabling "Hurt player on stomp", and to add more jumps before Lenny dies, you can increase their "Default health level". Every health level = A jump.

In your level editor, there should be a option in the top left called "File", click it, then click ""Open", open the NPC text file from your boss folder (should be NPC-(numbers).txt, which you already have and now you can modify it to add more health and what not,
and don't forget to experiment with the editor a bit more, after all, it's more satisfying figuring out what works and what doesn't in the editor.

when i click on file and then on open i can only open .lvl files. I can't open .txt files.

i find... but in my version it Works differently. I must rightklick on the npc. all works but i can not find how i make mario hurts when he jump on lennys spinning tank. is that even possible to make?

Wait are you using 1.3? If you are, you can get PGE editor which is better than the legacy editor or you can get SMBX 2.0 which has PGE, already ready to go with it.
