Chapter 4: Water
When the gang ended up in the empty universe, they were safe. "Man, it sure is boring around here." Noodle said. "Let's draw on the walls!" Everyone started drawing, but the Helmet guy was real high on mushrooms. Helmet drew Weegee, and turned Helmet into a Weegee. Helmet Weegee trippee over a water fountain and he went back to normal. "So Water un-weegeefies them..." Noodle used a jetpack and drew a water tower with hoses. Helmet got one hose to Internet land. Mario got another hose to the Nintendo universe. Quill got another hose to the Sega universe. Once all the hoses were in position, Noodle got FLUDD and put him in the water tower. FLUDD blew and the water sprayed every universe. Everyone was back to normal. The 2 source Weegees melted away and the Weegeepocalypse has ended.
End of Chapter 4.

Seems legit.
Starlow's first appearance is Bowser's Inside Story and she is called "Chippy". And her second and third appearance is in Dream Team and Paper Jam.
