Corrupted Utopia
Story
You are brought here by an invitation to a perfect utopia where it is not influenced by the other major powers and has everything you would want, power, electricity, Mario kart, food, and murder! Wait, murder? it appears that someone has died. You find out that the mafia has been aboard this cruise to take this perfect utopia for themselves. There is also an arsonist and a Cereal killer! NOT THE CEREAL! You must take the mafia in insure you have a nice and peaceful life on these lands.
The hell are these d00ds - Mafia, must have the town at half their pop count along with the arsonist dead. Along with their normal nightkill they can inspect a player every night.
Godfather - Once throughout the game, can visit a player, if they are the Cereal killer then they are recruited and become a Mafiaso. If they are not a Cereal Killer the Godfather's role is revealed, and they can no longer visit anyone. Can only recruit if the the all other's on their team have died (i.e. the godfather is the last remaining Mafia.)
Consort - Can visit a player a during the night to roleblock them.
Trickster - Can paint one of the town a different color that lasts the following day
Mafiaso - Can visit a player a night to learn who visited that player.

Recruited Cereal killer - Has no abilities starting off. If the Godfather and the Arsonist die, becomes the next godfather and gains the ability to recruit one of the special persons if they visit one of them, otherwise their role is revealed if they visit the wrong person.(Cereal killed recruited only.).
Recruited Special Person - Can pick 2 people, their lynch vote counts for the Mafiaso's lynch vote instead. (One of the special persons only).
- Those recruited lose their original abilities. Recruited Mafiaso's have their own Mafiaso variant abilities that are special to them only.
- The original Mafiaso's ability if only for them and not the recruited Mafiasos
Look at these nerds - Town, wins by killing all the third parties and the mafia.
Detective - Can inspect a player at night learning their color. If visited by one of the special persons they then the detective can now learn roles. Once the Detective dies a new one will be picked out of the townspeople at random after 2 nights of the detective's death once only if one of the other blues on the town that transfer roles after death have not died. They do not gain perks if the previous detective had the perks, nor can they can the perks themselves.
Mortician - Can inspect a dead player at night. Inspecting them will learn the give you the dna of the killer or say killers. Considering you are underpaid, and you have inefficient equipment, you will get the person who did it along with 3 other people who are not involved or may be involved.
Doctor - Can protect a player at night from death. Negates roleblocking and color swapping, does not silence the person if this is the only thing they were targeted for. If they were visited by one of the special persons they can protect two people a night. Once the Doctor dies, the role will be give to a random person once only if one of the other blues on the town that transfer roles after death have not died. These who take over the doctor do not gain their perks, nor can they get the perks themselves.
Bodyguard - Protects a player at night. if protected player was meant to be slain then they take down the person who was meant to kill them. Can not be negated by roleblock. If they visited by one of the special persons then they reveal the role of the person they take down and the person they protected along with themselves. Once the bodyguard is slain, a new bodyguard will be picked from the townspeople at random once only if one of the other blues on the town that transfer roles after death have not died. The new bodyguard do not gain the perks from the previous ones nor can they get it themselves.
Vigilante - During the night they can preform a night kill. If it was a townsperson, then the Vigilante is sent to jail the next 2 nights not being able to preform their nightkill that night. I.e. 2 night block.
Person - Normal person, can visit a player at night to confuse the mafiaso.
Person - Normal person, can visit a player at night to confuse the mafiaso.
Person - Normal person, can visit a player at night to confuse the mafiaso.
Person - Normal person, can visit a player at night to confuse the mafiaso.
Person - Normal person, can visit a player at night to confuse the mafiaso.
Person of Special - Normal person, can visit a player at night to confuse the mafiaso. They can give perks apon visiting players depending on their role once between both special persons (i.e. only one perk upgrade can happen once throughout the game.) They can not be night killed, but can be killed by the arsonist and lynches. Does not know they are special. (loses these ability apon being recruited)
Special Person - Normal person, can visit a player at night to confuse the mafiaso. Their vote counts for double. They can give perks apon visiting players depending on their role once between both special persons (i.e. only one perk upgrade can happen once throughout the game.) Does not know they are special. (loses these ability apon being recuited)
Where these Wiibs come from - Third party, have different win conditions.
Arsonist - Can gas a player's house at night. This house will remain gassed (or say oiled I guess?) throughout the game. Can gas other players houses every night. Once throughout the night with there being at least 2 houses gassed they can set a match lighting the houses on fire along with everyone in it killing them. Can win with the Cereal killer. Is immune to night kills and can not be roleblocked. Can win alone. Wins by all the town's blues slain, the person role group cut in half, and the mafia all slain. Or all died.
Cereal Killer - Can kill a player a night. Is immune to night kills and roleblocks. Works with the Arsonist to kill the mafia.
Can be converted to the mafia under the Godfather visit. "Can choose to side with the Mafia or remain the Cereal Killer if the town has lost both one of the special persons. If they side with the Mafia, they in turn they lose all their previous role abilities and become a Mafiaso. Siding with the mafia and losing their win condition with the arsonist, this includes killing ability and night immunity. Will be automatically gassed if they become a Mafiaso. Town will need to rid this one to win still, but does not count as 1+ for the mafia even though they are now sided with the mafia.
Notes:
Also please note that the only the first night will have no night kill abilities. Just to make sure others are actually have a chance to do something useful or uneventful at the day. All other abilities can be used along with the arsonist's gassing.
Those recruited lose their roles, and become Mafiasos, in turn losing their old abilities and giving them new ones, along with losing alignment, color, and immunites.
In order to gain perks you must visit both the special persons, they also must not have been recruited.

You are the Godfather You lead your group to take control of the town and slay the outsiders. You can give a threatening, persuading speech to sway either the Cereal killer or Special Person to become a Mafiaso. Your waifu is Consort, your snek man is Trickster and your fresh member is Mafiaso
You are the Consort, second in command of the mafia. By visiting someone you actively disable their role by defeating them in mario kart, why are you so good? Trickster is the sneaky player of the group and Mafiaso is brand new.
You are the Trickster, you change other players color starting night 3. You can do that or chose to learn their color, at the cost of them learning one letter of your name. If the town piece your name together then you might die.They also can't be killed by the mafia that night. Your best friends and they obliviously trust you are the Godfather, Consort, and the Mafiaso
Mafiaso, you are brand new, fresh, still young. You work to see who is visiting who. The Persons will try and confuse you so take note. Your leader is the Godfather, and fellow members are the Consort and the Trickster
Detective is what you are see, you investigate people and find their color see. Once in the game see, you get replaced after your death see. So someone might be your deputy back there see.
You are the underpaid, unequipped, and bored Mortician, When someone dies you can collect some DNA and find the killer, if you could. Instead you get the first letters or last if you want of the killer and 2 other people that were not or were not included.
You are the Doctor, you work to save lives, but they need to rest so they are silenced for the day, if they were targeted for being killed. If they were meant to play mario kart or lose their color then the you tell them to go outside and get some air.
You are the Bodyguard You protect a person a night from roleblocks and silences along with color changing. If they were meant to be gassed or killed then you are gassed or slain. A new bodyguard will come forth after your death
You are the Vigilante , you dress in all black with a cowl that looks like a bat. You can kill a person during the night. If you slay an innocent, then you put yourself in jail for the night although no one runs said jail, for your crimes. You look shady thats why you are red.
You are a Person, Person of Special or the Special Person, you don't know which, but either way you can visit someone at night to throw off the Mafiaso. If you are one the Special Persons they you gain one extra point to your vote or the ability to survive night kills along with being threatened by the Godfather.
You are the Arsonist, you can douse a player in gas at night. When you decided that it is enough gassing then you can set a match on fire. Killing all those that are gassed. In turn you can no longer gas or light the match. You can work with the Cereal killer, but if they are swayed by the godfather's words then they are gassed.
You are the Cereal killer, You were put in jail for killing Cereal, UNIRONICALLY THEY DID NOT PUT YOU IN FOR KILLING ALL THE PEOPLE IN YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD. So killing cereal is a major crime, what can ya do? Anyways you can kill a player at night. You could win with the arsonist. If you are swayed by the Godfather's words they you become a Mafiaso, but you are doused by the arsonist in turn

Would recommend changing the light blue cardflip to orange or another color just for further contrast from the main blue cardflip.
What is the Cereal Killer's exact win condition? Does it need to actively ally with the mafia or arsonist or does it just win when the town is defeated?
Allowing the Cereal Killer to ally with the mafia is really strong in any case, and probably overpowered since it gives them a powerful new ally and effectively 5 members, to an already strong mafia.

Game should start on Day 1 if there are no kills on Night 1 as discussed in my previous review; this otherwise gives the town a big advantage.
Godfather is way too strong, it needs to at the very least lose either its visiting abilities or its blue cardflip, having both is cray-cray and makes it basically unstoppable.
I'm going to argue that giving a mafia this strong a recruitment ability is overpowered, so I recommend removing that ability from both the Godfather and Mafiaso.
Does the Trickster gain its painting ability starting on Night 3? I'm unclear on this.
The Trickster's name revealing mechanic is generally a bit obtuse, and is also likely to present unintentional (and arguably unacceptable) bias due to certain users having usernames with uncommon letters/characters that might make them easily discovered. For example, Witchking666 is one of the only users with a 6 in his username, so if you saw that the Trickster's name included a 6 you'd be sure it was him.
The mafia's built in inspection ability is likely to be overpowered.
I would recommend cutting down the Mafiaso's ability to only lookout powers, especially since I believe the recruitment mechanic should be removed here in general.
The blues' powers shouldn't be transferred to random townies on death, this would make the whole game rely on them and make normal townies largely irrelevant, which is never good.
It would be much simpler to have the Detective gain role inspection by inspecting the same player twice instead of using the special people, the special people method is unlikely to come into play at all and seems unnecessarily complex. Same goes for the other blues with similar mechanics. If you want this game to have role upgrading, I recommend having a role that upgrades others as seen in that one Nien game, not the other way around as you have here.
The Mortician should learn the full names of possible killers, for similar unintentional bias reasons to the Trickster. Having random players among the possible killers is good, though.
The Doctor silencing protected players is a bit silly; it's not that strong a role anyways.
I don't really get why the vigi doesn't kill townies as normal but I guess it's alright, if it's important to you.
I don't think that the Cereal Killer should be able to be recruited to another team. Having a two person third party is interesting as-is.
In general, I think it's likely that this game is too complex to really be understandable while playing, similar to your faction game. Unlike your faction game, this one is definitely fixable due to using a relatively standard format, however, I suggest cutting down the roles significantly to one ability or trait per role in general.
EDIT: The game masters have collectively decided that this game is currently too complex and fundamentally flawed to be accepted at the moment. Please take into account our general criticisms and re-submit this game or another for Mafia 44, if you wish.
