These tilesets are basically a mashup of different blocks.
The fill a recolored block from SMB2, the color palette and grass is from SMB3, and the eye candy grass is a SMB3 restyle of some tiles found in in one of Purple Rex's tilesets (It's in the CGFX pack under SMW => Blocks => SMW Grass Recolor + Custom Tiles - Purple Rex if you wanna check out the original).
There are two varients of tilesets inside these ones. One has grass, while the other doesn't. As you can tell from the screenshots, you can easily transition between the two if you ever feel like shaking things up a bit.
Like always, if you use any of these please give credit.
Light Blue / Sky:
Brown / SMB3 Cave:
Black and Green:
Black and Light Blue:
Snow:
Red:
Blue and Purple:
Blue and Dark Teal:

This is a really good tile set, good job. Do you plan on making different variations of this tile set?

I actually do have some plans to recolor this tileset. The first one I want to do is recolor it to the SMB3 cave graphics, but afterwords I'll be open to requests/suggestions.

Thanks for all the support Snessy! I hope that I won't let you down :)
Edit: The SMB3 Cave Tileset Recolor is here!
Download link is in the original post. If you have any suggestion for future recolors, don't be afraid to ask!

I suggest these recolors:
Green grass, black ground
Light blue grass, black ground
And snow recolor too

Done.
(From left to right: Green Grass; Black Ground, Light Blue Grass; Black Ground, Snow Recolor.)
BTW, the SMB3 Blue Cave background by zephyr, SMB3 Snow Background Objects by Valterri, and the SMB3 Northern Lights Background by Mushroom King are not included in the download.
The main post has been updated with links to these tilesets if you want to download them.

OMG, I thought that sky tileset untill you kept pupping out those recolours i just realized your the goat, Can you do a Red grass, black ground and instead of grass in the ground can you do a skull in the ground? That would be a lifesaver for me.

Sure thing.
So I decided to make two versions of this one. The first one is the original request - Black ground, Red grass. However, the second one uses a Dark Red for the ground.
You can download both of these in the original post.

I would request a tileset with pastel colors/sweet theme, but that would just be silly from my part. I love this tileset tho, I love the hilly and uneven style that these tilesets allow for. Back at it again with the damn good tilesets, Turnip.

If I could make a suggestion, how about purple grass with a dark blue background?
Also, I think you should include all the backgrounds into one big download instead of individual, but I understand why you're making it individual

Well, if you ever want me to do something in the future, feel free to PM me. ;)

ok.
Also, I will definitely consider a pack with all the tilesets in it, but at the rate I've been producing them I will probably hold off on doing it until I cool down production. I don't want to always update the pack every time I make a new recolor.

Wow, these tilesets are absolutely amazing! Great job on these! =D
(don't worry, I'm not gonna make another suggestion, lol. seems like you've been doing a lot of work, so I don't think another suggestion is necessary)

These are great and flexible tilesets; personal favorite is the SMB3 cave. The rocky texturing is done very well. Good work.

All I'm good for is changing the pallet, not actually recoloring it automatically.

Thanks for the kind words, AlphaFenix. I wish you the best of luck on your project.

Aren't those kind of the same thing? But if you want some help, you should know that paint.net has some tools that could help you out.

This tileset is an absolute godsend for my upcoming flooded plains level. Great work! And if you're open to requests right now, then I would like a recolor with blue rocks and dark bluish-green grass.

It's blocks 15, 16, and 17 in the pack. They replace some of the SMB3 wood tilesets.

Thank you, and I should be done with the recolor in a little bit.
Edit:
Download link is in the main post.
