That comic could've ended worse if alcohol was involved as well, but unsure about how much that would've done considering the natural reaction to not seeing anything on the windshield was to continue driving at full speed.

Huh the shows I know which divide into seasons generally have a gap longer than 10 days between season releases. Then again the only webcomic I know that follows a season formula does it out of necessity...
Arbitrary limiters are weird.

Yes. Portraying a fictional character being injured in a way that kills many people in real life is definitely a good way to get a laugh. I don't see how people can find this funny

well, the thing about the marijuana was to make a joke about pot legislation in Canada (wich is why is the weed logo red) but yeah, it seems like it wasn't really an obvious one, probably not my best in term of ''joke''

Arbitrary limiters are weird.
This is an interesting point you bring here, Enjl, about arbitrary limits that are here for no apparent reason at all.

The actual reason is; think about it: Why do we split timeline into years? Months into weeks? Series into seasons? The ansewer is that, it is much easier to classifie and search rather then just having a long list of, in my case, comic strips.

I follow very few webcomics personally, but the ones which I do follow do exactly that - have a long list of comic strips indexed by number and name. Take a look through and see how many you can find which do split their comics into seasons... I found Mare Internvm (17th), which uses chapters and which has an overarching storyline between all episodes.
Why would most people not follow the simple system you propose, assuming your system is smarter and easier to memorise?
Well cause it isn't, that's why. Is it simpler to say "xkcd season 7 episode 33, converting to metric" or "xkcd comic 526" or "xkcd converting to metric"? If your comic suddenly has 5 "episode 12s", but the difference is the season, is that easier to find than simply memorising the episode number out of a single list? No it isn't and nothing you said backs your claim up.

The reason we split series like movies into seasons is because of how they're developed. Episodes are recorded/animated/whatever in batches and then released, with a gap in between these batches where the studio needs more time to finalise the next batch. It's like releasing books. You can't release one per week and keep that up.
https://entertainment.howstuffworks.com ... easons.htm

The split into a calender is a completely different matter, because it's not a split from regularity, but rather granularity that supports regularity. It allows us to get into routines much better than if we said "on every third day, do this", and it helps us align with the rotation of the planet around the sun.

It's not comparable to your comic's episodes arbitrarily splitting.

What WOULD make sense for you is tie your seasons to something non-arbitrary. An arbitrary limit doesn't make anything easier to find. If only you had a clear overarching story or some kind of anchor, then that decision would actually make sense...
So yes, your arbitrary limits DO seem to have no apparent reason at all other than "i saw another webcomic here do it once so i guess everyone does that".

That comment about the notebook gift to arcade... Did he really filled all the pages of the previous notebook with H* drawings? :P

*I used the term "H" as hentai, since Arcade drew nothing but sexy girls on the notebook!
