Okay look I got a game-play video covering smbx2's mario challenge mode on YouTube, this morning it only had 22 views as it had for about 2 weeks.
Now as I am typing it has 175 views and counting, what in fire flower is going on??

Edit: (5 minutes during post) its now up to 201 views!!!

Edit 2: About half an hour later its 301!!!

Edit 3: 10 minutes later from edit 2, its 326! Is this what a viral video looks like when its blowing up??

Edit 4: It's over 500!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (Ya, Ya I know I can't use the exact pun because it isn't over 9k views lol)

What is going on? Hardly anyone saw it before today, now everyone in their grandma is watching it!

Seems like they're getting higher in according to it's contents... and let's say, it tends to happen but surely contents by itself can be interesting for the viewers to watch it.

Then the real question is why is no one commenting on it today or liking it? My analytics isn't even showing a single share either... weird.

People seem to comment on it or not... it really depends if they are gonna do it but oftenly it's not since there are probably more people without an account and smaller kids do it I guess... but in general unknown. In analytics, datas are recieving after 1-2 days so best to wait till they're recieved.

Those comments look like spambots... i'm not sure...

They are not all spam bots, check them out guys. The Instagram user is some weird girl who collects generic photos, the audio channel owner does has good music (a lot of it they produce themselves for free, for other YouTubers since the stock music available by YouTube does imo suck), and the YouTuber KFP is a real guy from Croatia that does League of Legends videos, game tutorials, YouTube tutorials, game/software reviews, and helps new channels grow and network with other channels. They are all legit. I know all this because I did background research on them when their comments came through but thanks for the caution, I appreciate it.

I have 50k subs and I get comments like the ones on that video all the time. Trust me, they're spambots

Yeah that guy looks legit. The other comments are spam though, just ignore them.

I've taken care of the spam posts. Practicalshorty014, I did delete your comment regarding the spam bots. Even though it was helpful I just didn't want any viewers scared off thinking my video was messed up in someway, some people are very paranoid when it comes to bots. Next time please visit my channel, go to About, and send me a message through there. Every Youtuber has a message inbox, thank you everyone for your help. Just wish a few of you would subscribe lol.
