Oh great, we will have 2 contests running in the same time...
Bah. This never discouraged TheThwompKing in the times when we had 3+ contests going on in parallel, so why should it discourage you? Infact there were several contests going on for a while already... VLDC11 is currently active over on smwcentral and some members of this community participated there too!

Well only one of them's important
Our contest (I'm a judge there) should be considered important. It got popular very fast (and even got more replies than this in less time) and many people is willing to submit levels. We already have 6 or 7 submissions already and there's so much time left for the deadline. People's definitely interested so literally there's no reason to say it's not important.

Wait... A single user was running more than 3 contest at once?? That's insane lol

Maybe there will be some smaller contest before the next big one?

The Thwomp King used to host monthly contests between 2015 and 2017, which could lead to it being hosted at the same time as other contests (official and unofficial).

Look, the Nova Level Contest has lots of work being put into it by Eri7 and the rest of the Nova Dev Team. Having it written off as unimportant and that it 'doesn't matter' puts a lot of hard work to waste.
On a side note, can the same level be submitted for both contests?

MaGLX3 comes with a special gimmick, but that doesn't contradict the rules for Eri's contest, so hey that works too!

It will start this month.
How can you come to this conclusion if beta 4 almost certainly WON'T release this month?
Also, if it is happening this month then i don't see a reason for one to overshadow the other. They can easily both co-exist just like 38a and 2.0.

I am ok if people submit their levels to both contests however as it seems, Sturg won't be fine with this decision.

It's less that and more that this contest's gimmick doesn't really leave a chance open for people to submit the same level to both and not get strange looks like "you weren't even trying to adhere to the gimmick, what a shame". Contests are more fun when every participant gives it their all.

I agree with the last statement. What exactly is Maglx3's gimmick?

Oh, it seems rather complicated but that means my contest would be for people who want to be free with how they want to design their levels.
