The background has a lot of 1x1 pixels, which don't fit well together with the rest of the 2x2 graphics.

I think I might make the grass have 1x1 pixels as well as custom ground and maybe some custom npcs in the future.

The background is amazing, even if it doesn't fit with 2x2 pixel 16 bit, you cearly putted efforts in that one! I suggest mixing it with non- 2x2 pixel tiles to avoid clash. ;)

Honestly, this would go very well with SMB1 and SMB2 graphics. I might use it for my epsiode, looks good.

This is really nice on its own, though it doesn't fit with SMBX's default graphics at all.

Incase anyone is wondering, I am intentionally trying to differentiate from the normal SMBX styles since I will be using this tileset and many others in my own episode wih original characters, environments etc.

HOLY SHIT! OMFG! I looked at the screens with the custom npc's and tiles, and it just look so epic! The cartoon artstyle remind me of happy wheels or unfair platformer. I think this is a good base to start an episode honestly. I am am hype to see how is the thing going. ;)

Don't wanna be ``too hype``, but here is some music that would fit well.

It would still be nice if you made it fit with the other graphics SMBX uses. Why share it for public use if it doesn't fit?
It's a shame cuz it actually looks good.

I never really found the default smbx style interesting tbh.

Anyways, heres an upcoming look at a tileset I will be using for a level in my project. I may make it available for public use when my project is done.

That's really not an excuse.
If you want your graphics to be useable for others, then adapt them to the useable styles. If you don't, why share?

The fact that it doesn't fit with smbx to make something completely different and not mario doesn't mean that they are unsuable for others. I really don't see the reason why smbx should be ONLY AND EXCLSUVELY to make mario. Altrough 1x1 pixel doen'tb clash if everything else is 1x1 pixel. :|

Fixed your double post. Try not to do that. Your posts have an edit button for a reason ;)

On another note, these graphics actually look really cool! I actually love the style. You should totally come up with character sprites in this style too :)

This makes no sense Mudkip. SMBX has Zelda II and Super Metroid graphics that can be/are used very well sometimes, and they don't fit the Super Mario All-Stars aesthetic at all.

Hence I wrote useable. These are in 1x1 pixels which no style in SMBX actually uses. You could argue that some levels do, but they mostly end up being joke levels or ignored ones..
Welp, if you don't want to make these fit with any other style SMBX uses then so be it. I'm not forcing you to.

Oh my gosh, this looks so slick, dude. These are just amazing. And the background looks so nice, even with the 1x1 pixels. But the best part is the soil, just look at that texture of ground.

These look pretty decent even though they are 1x1 pixels and they stand out a bit
