Here the good thing right here:

1. Good Movies came out like, The Lego Batman Movie, Guardians and the Galaxy 2, Captain Underpants The First Movie, Cars 3, Despicable Me 3, Fast and the Furious 8.

2. Jacob deGrom Hit his first career home run.

3. Crash Bandicoot N Santiy Trigory

4. Total Drama is Back in productions

5. Epic Sax Man returned to the Enrovision, also Portugal won it's 1st Eurovision Song Contest.

6. Danny Phantom short with Fairy OddParents, Bunsen is a Beast and Tuff Puppy.

7. E3 2017

Bad Things:

1. Diary of the Wimpy Kid The Long Haul and 50 shades darker.

2. The Super Bowl

3. Manchester Bombing Near Manchester Arena where Ariana Grande Performed on the May 22nd

4. Terrorists Attack in London on March 22nd and June 4th.

5. Ireland Failing it's qualify for the Eurovision Song Contest for the 4th time.

6. Bubsy Bobcats awful returned.

7. North Park Elementary School Shooting

8. 350 Homicides and A lot of shooting in Chicago

9. A lot of Internet Wars!

10. Celebrity Deaths

11. Las Vegas Shooting

12. Mexico Earthquake

13. California Wildfires

14. New York Halloween Terror

15. Great America Having 15-20 Teens robbing cellphones making dozen of people injured.

So overall it's a awful year.

Game Freak released Pokemon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon this year and made literally the fandom triggered just because they wanted DPPT Remakes.

Also i think 2017 doesn't really a good year for Gaming Industries, i feel like i heard the news one fandom after another got triggered.

Now I will give it that there's too many good things to consider it bad, in fact it's probably one of the best years in general.
The movies, the games, the intensity, the close calls, this year is starting to prove that the animation dark age is coming to an end, World War 3 didn't happen right away as there was no way that the "May 13th" theory was accurate, the lack of kids online, the music, it's not literally everyone trying to find something stupid to pick on, etc.
It actually surpasses 2013 on my list, as even though 2013 was great, it was a bit over hyped in the end.
A special member of mine (can't say for obvious reasons) graduated from high school, and camp felt like legitimate camp
I managed to enjoy and go around throughout the first four days of July, and I'm finally going to a school that doesn't have 98% amount of idiots being pricks to me.
And there's going to be a lunar eclipse this August which I'm kinda mixed on.

However we go into the reasons why the year is only considered "one of the" best, to continue with the former mentioned in this topic, most of social media has been a threat, however the memes are improving.
Larrikins getting cancelled thus marking 2018 possibly Dreamworks Animation's second skip-year since 1999 let me down.
I will say that even though we did loose some famous people (and a dog), at least it's not up to the point where it seemed like 2016 would be the end.
The very beginning of the year scared me (literally), but it jumped back and at least it's not up to the point where it'd be a natural disaster, and a friend's father of mine died.
Overall, even though it's one rank short from top 5 all time good, at least it's not a chaotic mess.

Although I think it's better off that Skylanders ends with six games, remember when some franchises over stayed their welcome and went too far?
I will say that the rest of the years looks like we'll end it very well with what's coming up.

At this point I'm starting to question the choices you've made on this list. Do you even understand what you're talking about? Fifty Shades Darker was one of the most anticipated films in the early half of the year, and it did reasonably well. Can you explain to me how it's a bad thing to come out of the year?

If anything though, this year has been slightly better this time around and there haven't been as many deaths as there have been last year. Unfortunately we have lived through some bad things, like the aforementioned terrorist attacks in Manchester and London, as well as the fire at Grenfell Tower, which has killed over 80 people.
