Well, it's simple really.

Back in January 2010, Redigit created a thing called the LAD list (I think it was him anyway, or someone with a similar username) which included a list of people he considered "users that are sound". Which is a scottish term for cool, or whatever. (redigit isn't scottish though, so in fact, it probably wasn't him!)

The list wasn't exactly a big public deal, just a bit of banter.
If you can't take a bit of banter, then you're a dull administrator. Simple as.
