One does not just delete the antivirus.
Most of them have settings and advanced configuration properties. You can usually either change the intensity/level to medium (I personally wouldn't put it on low, but just get it off high if it is) and often it will accept exceptions. You can do an Internet search to learn how to configure it in this manner. You should never need a new antivirus and to uninstall your current one unless it is not functioning properly at the highest level. Since it's functioning too well per se it's just about changing your settings
