I've wanted to add custom Overworld music and it didn't work... The only problem is, that it is silent... Everything has been done correctly by me exept the extention. What should it be normally? Curently it is a .ogg file.

For 1.3/2.0 you find custom in the menu (or tick it in PGE) and type in the exact file name (including the extension).

If you use 1.3, .ogg won't work. 1.3 only except mp3, wav, mid and m4a

If by overworld you mean the world map, it doesn't support custom music afaik.

You can by creating a file called music.ini

Example of what one should look like: https://puu.sh/wl39N/b8dd29566c.ini

You should be able to use it. Make sure you have correctly copied everything in the .txt for the music ID you wish to replace (Minus what is in the name and file and replaced with what you want in there).

I found it out by myself. I replaced it with the "SMW Wandering the Plains" track. This is how it looks like:
Spoiler: show
[world-music-4]
name="World E"
file="world-e.mp3"
