Due to this, Nintendo will track your IP to find everyone who is/previously downloaded Newer and charge him $59.99 + regional tax starting 4/20. While it may seem troublesome to some, on the bright side the Newer Team will be able to sell all their games now and receive 50% of the revenue gained (other 50% goes to the people at Nintendo). In addition, all the Newer Team's hacks will become available for purchase in retail stores starting on 4/20.

You was able to play Newer SMBW on the Wii U before too. There's an instructions in the official Newer Team web-site on how to do that.

Yeah, this is definitely fake. NSMBW is really too small-time for Nintendo to care about, even if it's well known in communities like ours. If anything like this would be picked up by Nintendo, it'd be Project M or something like that.

Considering that the Newer Team website is still up and refers to Newer as an unofficial sequel, it's more than safe to say that this is a prank. Like I said, I don't think Newer is big enough yet to attract that kind of attention from Nintendo.

Also what is the "Pokémon thingy"? I don't think I heard about that.

This needs to be locked before it's going to be a sh*tstorm. Frozen, stop doing your April Fools Pranks. April Fools is already over, and still you are doing it. So please, stop.
