FOrget everything that happened in 2009-April 2016, because that's when Nick was at it's worse.
I'm not talking about Cartoon Network, because there's way too much teen titans go.

I used to watch cartoons on Nickelodeon when I was 5, but now it's just full of cancerous stuff that I can't stand to watch

Spongebob is getting better though, Stephen Hillenburg got out of retirement of the Spongebob business, starting in season 9.
Also, the cancerous stuff has moved to the nicktoons channel.

I watched some of the new season, and I'm sorry to say it's not much better then seasons 4-8. It's not the worse thing on TV right now but still pales in comparison to classic Spongebob. It's hard to describe it, but I feel like the soul of classic Spongebob is still absent in season 9.

I know that I watched nickelodeon back in the old days. I heard that the Nickelodeon was launched on December 1st 1977 as the name Pinwheel, After that Pinwheel was renamed Nickelodeon in April 1979. but the Nickelodeon decided continue to aired Pinwheel until 1990.

nah, i like to watch the older seasons because they give the most nostalgia

Meeh CN is better even it the 90s era.
Nick is just filled with mostly cringey pre-teen sitcoms ive only seen 2 good Nick sitcoms the rest just are basically the same thing and boring probably because they are all made by the same person who is running out of ideas he's had to of made 20 of them atleast
There animated shows are alright the 90s era Nick was the best but any thing after that really became crap. There are only 2 good ones imo and 1 of them are hardly being aired
Overall CN doesn't have these problems or atleast to this extent they got rid of all that live action crap in 2012 I think. Overall Nick was alright at one time but that age is gone.

The only time I watch Nickelodeon is at those rare moments. Watching Nick @ Nite!

To be honest, I gave up on Nickelodeon a few years ago. After the complete overhaul around 2009, Nickelodeon has become more of a mutated, internet meme/trend obsessed garbage heap of a television studio. They've mainly produced crappy, generic sitcoms that have more awkward acting than old 70's Disney, Spongebob has been their last hope, not to mention that they refuse to bring back, or god forbid, mention their older productions, like Ren and Stimpy, Rugrats, or Rocko's Modern Life.

So yeah, that's my view on them. Pitiful, just pitiful of them.

I find it funny that Nickelodeon is teaching pepole that snorting cocaine is good for you, since thats what dabbing is

I never want to touch Nickelodeon again, not even to watch the good shows. Reason being is because there's too much cringe that blows all the good stuff out of the water. Also, the same thing goes with CN.


Also, I don't know what's in that video but whatever it is I hope I never lay eyes on it because of what you said.

Basically this Nickelodeon now:

-A channel filled with a bunch of ridiculous live actions (it always had live actions but they weren't like they are now)
-Scheinerd's live actions at the top of the channel
-Nickelodeon is hanging of Spongebob (at least SB is recovering after a lot of bad seasons BUT that doesn't make it great)
-Kid's Choice Awards plz
-10% are good series but they eventually get cancelled (rebember Harvey Beaks? well, at least I liked it)
-60% are shitty live actions and shitty cartoons
-30% are tendences
